Current rules on user data on a call (or no matching data) can either pass or fail. It would be good if we could also generate a warning step result

Currently test cases are authored and viewed as Gherkin. It would be nice to have a simpler GUI tool to display and edit the call flow

It would be good to be able to distribute a report absed on the outcome of a test set (e.g. always, on failure, on warn or on success or (on warn and on success)

It would be useful to have an “On Pass: Execute Test Case” would be useful. 1) Chains of dependent test sets to be run sequentially. For example… Test Set 1 :Make initial Test calls. Test Set 2 : Check calls in Verint. 2) Take different actions on Pass or Fail. ON Pass : Run Test Set 2 : Check calls in Verint. On Fail: Run extra tests. Trigger alert to support team
